Alternative Building Systems, Inc. Is a family owned business specializing in post frame construction.  Established in 1988, Alternative has become a leading producer of a wide range of post frame buildings.  Our building are used in,  but not limited to, a variety of industrial, agricultural, commercial and residential applications including warehouse, dealerships, retail stores, manufacturing facilities, hay/equipment storage, animal confinement, garages, hobby shops and shelters.  Alternative Building Systems, located in Lexington, South Carolina, is a licensed general contractor. We are also a member of the National Frame Builders Association,  Inc.,  and the National Federation of Independent Business. We also have over 1000 buildings constructed.
